    Benji the Bear is an animated character who delivers personalized messages on our website. You can also send physical items, like chocolates, flowers, postcards, and more personalized items!

  • How does it work?

    You use the on-site currency of Honey Drops to spend on services and items for Benji to deliver messages through animations or for him to send things physically in the mail!

  • What are Honey Drops?

    Honey Drops are the currency used to interact with Benji and our services/products offered on our site.

  • How do I buy and add Honey Drops?

    You can buy Honey Drops on our website using various payment options. Locate the "+"button next to your honey jar wallet in the top right corner on desktop and at the bottom of the menu on mobile.

  • How do I get a refund?

    Refunds are usually case by case if permitted, but our staff and support are happy to assist! Please contact our customer support team if you need a refund for any purchases or actions made with Benji the Bear.

  • How do I send a message or compliment with Benji the Bear?

    Send messages and/or compliments through our website's messaging system, first add at least one honey drop to your honey jar wallet and then proceed to the "Buy" or "Shop" page to place an order.

  • Can I send physical products with Benji the Bear?

    Yes, you can send physical envelopes through someone's public profile page or click the mail/envelope icon on the Benji page. We constantly update services and products with Benji, so be sure to continue checking!

  • What is the public profile page for?

    It lets you share and receive messages from Benji and other users. It also allows you to paste your profile link in your social media accounts or share it with individuals, friends, family, and more so that they can either anonymously send you physical products, postcards, and/or digital messages and items! You update, allow, and save your address in your settings so that people can send you physical items without ever seeing or knowing your address.

  • Are there privacy settings for my profile?

    Yes, locate your public profile settings and permissions in the settings page of your account. You can control privacy, access, and toggle sensitive details/permissions here.

  • What payment methods can I use on Benji the Bear?

    We use secure payment processors for safe transactions. We work on allowing and continuing the use of debit/credit cards, paypal, and crypto payments right now.

  • How do I choose a message for Benji to play?

    Go to the Benji page and either click the "Play Now" button to have Benji randomly say a message or select the message you want Benji to play from your message inbox on page.

  • How are messages and compliments sent?

    Messages are sent through our website; depending on the length of the message and/or current busy state of the website, it can take up to 60 seconds for your digital message or compliment to arrive in your or somebody else's account after initiated.

  • Can I save or display messages?

    Yes, you can favorite messages to either view and read later or to display them on your public profile page for others to see.

  • How do I remove a favorited message?

    Click the "remove favorite" option next to the message.

  • How do I turn message filters on and off?

    Adjust message filters in your account settings.

  • How do I send a message or compliment to someone?

    Add honey and proceed to the "Buy" page.

  • What is the leaderboard?

    The leaderboard rewards for use on the website with custom prizes, both physical and digital. It should reward you one point for every message you receive. This means if "nate" sends a message to "carol", "carol" will be rewarded 1 point that is added to her total points accumulated for the leaderboard positions. "Nate" can also buy himself a message and be rewarded 1 point. If someone is sent a physical product or envelope, they are rewarded the amount of points it cost in honey drops to receive that item. So if "nate" buys "carol" a physical envelope for 14 honey drops, the system will calculate that it was bought for "carol" and add 14 points to her leaderboard points positions.

  • How do I earn badges?

    Complete tasks or reach milestones to earn badges. For example, winning a weekly leaderboard or being an active user for a month will reward you badges.

  • What should I do if I find glitches or errors?

    Please report glitches and/or errors to our support team.

    Use our website's contact page to create a support ticket, live chat with us, call us, or email us.

  • How do I change my password?

    Change your password in your account settings or click forgot password on login.

  • Can I delete my account?

    Yes, you can delete your account in the settings, but please remember that this is not undoable once it has been processed.

    Reset it using the "forgot password" link on the login page.

  • Is there a limit to sending messages?

    No, you can send unlimited messages.

  • Can I schedule messages?

    Scheduling messages for future delivery is not available yet, but it is planned for the future! Stay tuned!

  • Can I suggest new features, services, or products for Benji the Bear?

    Yes! Please contact support with any suggestions for the company and if implemented, you will be rewarded!

  • How do I know if my message was delivered?

    You'll get a notification when your message is delivered or you can check your sent history to check if something was received, played, and/or redeemed.

  • Can I customize Benji's appearance?

    We are working constantly to improve the functionality and features of Benji the Bear. While Benji is not currently customizable in appearance, we will be launching appearance upgradable options soon that you will be able to unlock or buy with honey drops!

  • Are there age restrictions?

    Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental permission.

  • Can I send messages anonymously?

    Yes, you can choose to send messages anonymously.

  • Is there a message length limit?

    Messages should be of reasonable length to ensure delivery. While no active character limit is in place, we may add one if site usage expands exponentially.

  • Can I attach files or images to messages?

    No, file or image attachments are not yet supported.

  • Are there content restrictions?

    Messages must follow our community guidelines and terms of service.

  • How do I know if I received a message?

    You'll get a notification for new messages in your notification inbox and if email notifications are enabled in settings, you should receive updates periodically.

  • Can I block or report users?

    Yes, you can block or report users for inappropriate behavior.

  • What if I run out of Honey Drops?

    You can buy or add more Honey Drops on our website.

  • Who can I send messages to?

    You can send messages to anyone! Use email, code, username, or any method to send anyone a digital or physical message with Benji the Bear!

  • Can I send messages to multiple people?

    No, mass messaging is not yet supported.

  • Is Benji the Bear available in my country?

    Yes, the digital components of Benji the Bear are available globally. Shipping and physical components/services of Benji may not yet be available in your country.

  • Is there a mobile app?

    We are actively developing and perfecting our mobile app, but for the time being, please enjoy Benji the Bear on our web application only.

  • How do I stay updated and up to date on new and new additions to Benji the Bear?

    Follow us on social media, check out our News page, and/or or subscribe to our newsletter!

  • How do I add or remove a payment method?

    Go to your account settings page and find the payment options section.

  • How do I receive an item I won from the leaderboard?

    After you win an item from your position placement in the leaderboards, an email will be sent to you confirming your prize. If you have your address saved in your settings, the physical item will be automatically sent to your address on file, however if it is not saved, we will followup via email for an address to send it to. Digital items are delivered automatically.

  • Can I send honey drops to someone?

    Not quite yet, but we are adding Honey Drop redemption codes and gift cards very soon!

  • Are there any fees associated with Benji the Bear purchases?

    As of right now, we handle the side of the fees and taxes, but in the future we may choose to make that user responsibility.

  • What gifts does Benji offer?

    Benji the Bear offers a plethora of gifts and services. We offer new things every week! Both digitally and physically.

  • What are the benefits of using Benji?

    Benji the Bear (benjithebear) is an animated bear character that you spend honey drops on (honey drops is the on-site currency) and you can give benji a honey drop to say something to someone and he does animations, movements, you can share your favorite things benji has said to you. You can also anonymously or non anonymously send a physical benjithebear envelope to someone in the mail either by knowing their address or sending it via their public profile page… you can link your instagram account and there is a leaderboard for prize rewards… The benefits are endless!
